URSO is setting up its unconventional 'URSO Ombudsman' tool in order to be closer to consumers, listen to and address their most pressing concerns and questions, and help in the form of recommendations and advice.

URSO Ombudsman intends to be an entity (a tool) that consumers can turn to when they do not know how to proceed with their complaints. In the simpler cases, the consumer can find advice directly on URSO website in the 'Consumers' section. In the more complex cases, they can search for the right way how to submit a complaint or a proposal for an alternative dispute resolution against their energy supplier/distributor.
