URSO may receive a complaint (claim) in which the consumer describes the practice of the regulated entity which they object. The result of processing the complaint is an opinion informing the consumer about the facts found.
URSO may be also sent by the consumer a proposal for an alternative dispute resolution, aimed at concluding an agreement between the consumer and the supplier that will be acceptable to both parties of the dispute.
