When should your issue be addressed to URSO?

We recommend that you wait until the complaint has been resolved, i.e. until you have received your energy supplier's /distributor's opinion on the complaint, before you submit a complaint to URSO. If your energy supplier/distributor does not send you an opinion on the complaint within a 30-day period, you can contact URSO after the expiry of that period.

In case of disconnection from electricity or gas supply, you can contact URSO immediately, but we recommend that you check and ascertain with your energy supplier/distributor the reason for the disconnection.
