Supplier who does not perform gas supply in the observed year must:
  • notify the Office annually by the end of February that they did not perform a regulated activity in the previous year for which they have a license or confirmation of compliance with the notification obligation (e. g. for 2021, the Office must be notified by the end of February 2022)

Supplier who buys/sells gas only at the wholesale level (does not perform gas supply to end consumers connected to the distribution network) must:  
  • before starting gas supply, register in the National Register of Wholesale Market Participants (CEREMP) pursuant to REMIT according to the instructions on the Office's website

  • within 30 days from the beginning of the activity, submit to the Office for approval the Rules for the allocation of assets and liabilities and costs and revenues according to URSO Decree no. 446/2012 Coll. They are submitted once and are valid for an indefinite period. [If the gas supplier does not carry out any other activity as part of their business, they must only notify the Office that they are not submitting them for this reason.]
§ 16 (4) b) of Act No. 251/2012 Coll.
 
  • by end of February each year, inform the Office the fact that it did not supply gas to households’ customers / non-households’ customers and therefore does not submit to the Office an evaluation of quality standards for the previous year according to the Decree No. 278/2012 Coll.

  • by 30 April each year, submit to the Office the outputs from the Separate Accounts for the previous year in accordance with Annex 8 or 9 of Decree 446/2012 Coll. The data sheets can be found on the Office's website.

  • by 15 July each year, submit to the Office an overview of the reciprocal financial transactions between the related undertakings for the preceding year, in the case of a related undertaking.

  • notify the Office of contact details for the purpose of requesting data for URSO's Annual Report and for its other activities.

  • before starting gas supply to vulnerable consumers (households/small enterprises), submit to the Office by post their price proposal (for households and for small enterprises) within 15 days from the delivery of the license (then until 30 September of the last calendar year of the regulatory period) according to Decree 223/2016 Coll. The price decision is valid until the end of current regulatory period
§ 14 (5) c) a (7) of Act No. 250/2012 Coll.
 
  • before starting gas supply to vulnerable consumers (households/small enterprises), submit to the Office by post the terms and conditions of gas supply within 30 days from the delivery of the license (then no later than 30 days before their amendment) according to the model terms and conditions (for households and for small enterprises).
§ 69 (2) a) point 3. of Act No. 251/2012 Coll.
 
  • by 15 July each year, submit to the Office an overview of the reciprocal financial transactions between the related undertakings for the preceding year, in the case of a related undertaking.
§ 29 (1) f) of Act No. 250/2012 Coll.
 
  • submit to the Office for approval a service level agreement with an estimated value of more than EUR 100 000 in the case of a vertically integrated undertaking.
§ 29 (2) of Act No. 250/2012 Coll.
 
  • notify the Office of the subject and conditions of the tender for a contract with a value exceeding more than EUR 100 000 in the case of a vertically integrated undertaking, and does not procure it in accordance with a special regulation.

  • notify the Office of a contract with a value of more than EUR 300 000, unless it is a vertically integrated undertaking and has a price decision issued, within 30 days of the delivery (receipt) of the subject of the contract.

  • submit to the Office a price list of gas before its coming into force, if it has a price decision issued, and at the same time, publish it on the supplier's website.
