Via price decisions for water management industry issued for the regulated entities performing regulated activities, the Office approves or determines:
As for public water systems and public sewage systems, based on and in the scope of the confirmation on registration, the prices for:
- production and supply of potable water provided through public water system, if the regulated entity provides potable water supply to end- consumers through the public water system,
- production and distribution of potable water through public water system, if the regulated entity sells potable water to another regulated entity,
- supply of potable water provided through public water system, if the regulated entity purchases potable water from another regulated entity, and provides supply to end- consumers through public water system,
- discharge and treatment of waste water by public sewage system, if the regulated entity drains the waste water through public sewage system away from end- producers, and treats the waste water in a sewage treatment plant,
- discharge of waste water through public sewage system, if the regulated entity only drains the waste water through public sewage system away from end- producers,
- treatment of waste water in public sewage system, if the regulated entity only treats the waste water piped by public sewage system in the sewage treatment plant.
As for the provision of water management services, the prices for:
- withdrawal of surface water from water flows,
- utilization of hydroenergy potential of water flows,
- withdrawal of energy water of water flows.
