Procedure for the application of quality standards pursuant to Section 4(1)(h) of Decree No. 236/2016 Coll.

The quality standard pursuant to Section 4(1)(h) of Decree No 236/2016 Coll. applies to the complaint of a vulnerable electricity consumer, which is a household electricity consumer or a small enterprise.

The procedure for the application of the quality standard pursuant to Section 4(1)(h) of Decree No. 236/2016 Coll. to a complaint of a vulnerable electricity customer:

A. the vulnerable customer has concluded a contract on integrated electricity supply

1. if the complaint relates to the amount of advance payments of the customer included in the relevant electricity consumption tariff, the subject of the opinion (mutual agreement with the electricity customer) shall be:
   1. a notification of a change in the amount of advance payments for the integrated electricity supply,
   2. a notification of the method for determining the amount of the advance payments and the reason why the amount of the advance payments is not changed,
       
2. if the complaint relates to a change in the electricity consumption tariff, the subject of the opinion (mutual agreement with the electricity consumer) shall be:
   1. a notification of a change to the contract on integrated electricity supply as regards the consumption tariff, if the customer meets the requirements for granting the requested tariff,
   2. a notification of the requirements for granting the requested tariff if the customer does not meet the requirements for granting it,

B. the vulnerable customer has a separate electricity distribution contract and a separate electricity supply contract

1. if the complaint relates to the amount of advance payments of a customer included in the relevant electricity consumption tariff, the subject of the opinion (mutual agreement with the electricity customer) shall be:
   1. a notification of the change in the amount of advance payments for electricity supply,
   2. a notification of the method of determining the amount of the advance payments and the reason why the amount of the advance payments is not changed,
       
2. if the complaint relates to a change in the electricity consumption tariff, the subject of the opinion (mutual agreement with the electricity consumer) shall be:
   1. a notification of a change to the electricity supply contract in the part concerning the consumption tariff, if the customer meets the requirements for granting the requested tariff,
   2. a notification of the requirements for granting the requested tariff if the customer does not meet the requirements for granting it.
