According to Decree No 446/2012 Coll., the results of the accounting records shall be submitted to the Office by 30 April of the following year electronically and in writing.

The accounting results shall be submitted to the extent indicated in the attached tables.
The tables shall be filled out with data in unshaded cells.
Due to the password protection of selected cells, the tables are only available in xls format.
If the regulated entity did not carry out regulated activities in the electricity or gas sector in a given year, it shall notify this fact by 30 April of the following year to one of the above addresses and shall not fill in the attached tables.
